Job summary

Amplifon Retail, a leading hearing health provider, seeks an Audiologist or Audiometrist to serve the Adelaide South & Western Suburbs. The role covers hearing services, diagnostics, and rehabilitation with fitting and evaluation of devices.

The ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification in Audiology or Audiometry, is a current member of the Australian Audiological Association, and has QP/OHS credentials. Great team culture and relocation support available.

• A tertiary qualification in Audiology or Audiometry.
• Full membership of the Australian Audiological Association is required.
• QP and OHS Qualified Practitioner numbers are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct adult hearing services for clients.
• Perform diagnostic hearing assessments as appropriate.
• Develop and implement individualized aural rehabilitation programs including discussion of communication tactics and device fitting and evaluation.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting adult hearing services for clients.


• Performing diagnostic hearing assessments and where appropriate.


• Developing and implementing individualized aural rehabilitation programs including discussion of communication tactics and strategies, prescription, fitting and evaluation of hearing devices to our clients.

About You

• A tertiary qualification in Audiology or Audiometry


• Full membership of an approved Australian Audiological Association, and a QP and OHS Qualified Practitioner number

• Confident with Adult hearing rehabilitation including fitting of hearing devices and other ALDs
