Job summary

Amplifon Springboard in Sydney is seeking a dynamic retail sales assistant to support store targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will engage shoppers, conduct free hearing checks, explain results, and build rapport with new and existing customers.

The role requires flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, with full training provided, and a focus on admin tasks and contributing to KPI achievement in a busy shopping-centre environment.

This position will see you collaborating as part of a team to support reaching the store sales targets while providing excellent customer service and undertaking other retail and administrative responsibilities.

What you'll be doing:

• Active lead generation by encouraging customers in the shopping centre to check their hearing health by completing a free 5-minute hearing check


• Build a rapport with new customers and enhance relationships with existing customers.


• Explain hearing results (training provided) and recommend the next steps


• Reconnecting with previous customers or new leads via phone-based communication


• Contributing to store targets and KPIs.


• Customer database administration (Basic Word/Excel/Outlook)


• Ad hoc duties as directed by the Store Manager
