Job summary

Brennan is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee digital professional services across Australia. The role focuses on planning, governance and delivery visibility across scope, schedule, cost and risk.

Based in Melbourne, with flexibility to work from Brennan's other Australian offices, you will collaborate with delivery teams, stakeholders and clients to ensure successful outcomes and accurate artefact maintenance.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in project coordination or project support roles in tech/digital services.
• Ability to create and own a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Experience leading small client-facing projects.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects and billable delivery.
• Strong project administration with schedules, trackers, risks, issues and artefacts maintained to a high standard.
• Intermediate skill in resource planning and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and govern digital professional services projects across Australia.
• Work with delivery teams, stakeholders and customers to coordinate activities and artefacts.
• Provide regular project updates including progress, RAG status, risks, issues and key decisions.
• Support financial tracking by monitoring milestone invoicing and reporting milestone status.
• Set up projects including project records, meeting schedules and resource bookings.
