Job summary

Next Payments Pty is seeking an experienced Field Technician to join our team in Melbourne. You will deliver high-quality field technical services during business hours and participate in afterhours break/fix responses, with a focus on ATM, EFTPOS, and related equipment.

You will work independently at customer sites, resolve service requests promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights with the technical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Field Technician.
• Experience in the ATM, Gaming/EFTPOS industry would be highly regarded.
• Friendly team player

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, repair, and perform preventative maintenance of ATM/Cash Recycler and EFTPOS devices.
• Participate in an alternating on-call roster including afterhours break/fix responses.
• Work independently at customer sites and attend to service requests promptly.
• Complete accurate service reports with updates, notes and parts used.
• Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organisation.
• Maintain assets and stock levels, schedule servicing, and assist with warehouse duties.
