Saab Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Configuration and Data Management Officer to lead CM and documentation for the Air Traffic Management program, ensuring data, media and documentation are properly catalogued and retrievable. You will support CM boards, audits and reports.

Applicants should have industry defence experience, CM training, familiarity with CM tools, and strong MS Office/SharePoint skills. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered.

Qualifications

• Industry recognised Configuration and Data Management training or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years Defence or industry experience in project-based team or product engineering management environment.
• Exposure to ASDEFCON templates and contracting framework.
• Understanding of the Configuration Management Standard EIA649C.
• Proven ability in effective internal customer liaison.
• Experience with administration of information using SharePoint or other document management systems.

Responsabilités

• Support CM: baseline identification, management and CSAR reporting.
• Coordinate Configuration Control Boards and audits.
• Manage engineering data, project documentation and media.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure data is catalogued, stored and retrievable.
