Saab Australia is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Analyst to deliver engineering CM, document control, and data management across the Land Capability Program. You will ensure baselines, technical data, and project docs are accessible throughout the lifecycle.

Role involves developing the CM Plan, coordinating change control, and assessing impact of changes on system outcomes, with potential to support other projects as priorities shift. Hybrid work from home/office available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CM experience.
• Defence industry project-based environment.
• Ability to liaise with internal customers.
• Ability to prioritise multiple demands to meet deadlines.
• Experience with configuration management tools and/or engineering data management systems.
• Experience creating process documentation and workflows.
• Australian citizenship and NV1 security clearance eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the Configuration Management Plan.
• Coordinate change control activities and prepare approval documentation for review boards.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on system and capability outcomes.
• Support the delivery and continuous improvement of CM frameworks and processes.
• Promote Configuration Management best practices, including baseline management, change control, and deviation management.
• Support Project Managers and Engineering Managers in establishing and maintaining project baselines.
• Where priorities change, may support other projects.
