Job summary

Saab Australia is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Analyst to deliver engineering CM, document control, and data management across the Land Capability Program. You will ensure baselines, technical data, and project docs are accurate and accessible throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires 3+ years in CM, defence project context, and strong stakeholder liaison to support baselines, change control, and CM improvements. Hybrid work from home/office and a 9-day fortnight are possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in configuration management roles.
• Defence industry experience in project-based environments.
• Proven ability to liaise with internal customers.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and prioritise deadlines.
• Experience creating process documentation and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Configuration Management Plan.
• Coordinate change control activities and prepare approval docs.
• Assess impact of proposed changes on system outcomes.
• Support CM frameworks and continuous improvement.
• Promote CM best practices including baselines and deviation management.
