Job summary

Macquarie Group in Sydney is seeking an Atlassian tooling specialist to drive rollout, adoption and best practices of Jira, Confluence and JSM across the division. You will partner with stakeholders to prioritise requests, analyze challenges, recommend tooling solutions and support platform changes with enterprise standards.

The role offers hybrid working within a global financial services group, with opportunities to influence delivery and learning.

Qualifications

Significant experience with the Atlassian product suite including Jira, Confluence and JSM.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex problems into clear requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience training and coaching teams in tooling adoption and ways of working.

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritise a backlog of Atlassian tooling requests, enhancements and support activities.
Assess business challenges and determine suitable tooling solutions to improve efficiency.
Provide recommendations and drive implementation and rollout of platform changes.
Guide teams on industry best practices and enterprise standards to drive adoption.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align prioritisation and delivery practices across the organisation.
