Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited seeks an Atlassian tooling specialist to drive rollout, adoption and effective use of Jira, Confluence and JSM across the division. You will collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise delivery practices and maximise platform value while aligning with enterprise standards.

You will manage a backlog of tooling requests, assess business challenges, propose solutions and guide teams on best practices, supporting enterprise rollout and adoption initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex problems into clear requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience training and coaching teams in use of tooling is desirable.
