Sydney Grammar School on College Street in Sydney seeks a dedicated Athletic Development & Rehabilitation Coordinator to lead rehabilitation, LTAD-aligned strength and conditioning, and sport-science initiatives across its campuses.

The role is full-time and permanent, ASAP, requiring collaboration with staff, parents and external health professionals to promote student wellbeing and safe participation in sport.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student rehabilitation and concussion management.
• Lead sport-specific strength and conditioning programs across campuses.
• Coordinate athlete testing, performance monitoring, training load management and data reporting.
• Lead sport-related incident reporting and risk management.
• Support staff development and promote safe operating practices in facilities.
• Attend and support sport events, rehabilitation sessions and carnivals.
