MLC School Sydney invites a motivated Sports Coordinator to lead the Pre-K to Year 12 sporting program. The role combines administration, event coordination, stakeholder engagement and program delivery to ensure an exceptional student sporting experience.

You will work with the Director of Sport and Assistant Director of Sport to foster participation, excellence and school spirit within a dynamic co-curricular program.

Formación

• Three years' experience in an educational or sporting environment.
• NSW Working with Children Check clearance.
• Senior First Aid and CPR certification.
• Tertiary qualifications in PDHPE or Sports Administration.
• Coaching qualification or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the School's Pre-K to Year 12 sports program.
• Organising sporting competitions, trials, fixtures and carnivals.
• Supporting and developing coaches and student sporting pathways.
• Managing sporting budgets, resources and administrative processes.
• Monitoring student participation, attendance and sporting records.
• Building strong relationships with students, families, coaches and sporting associations.
• Assisting with the recruitment, engagement and retention of coaching staff.
• Promoting sport through information evenings, orientation events and holiday clinics.
