St Ignatius' College Riverview in Sydney seeks an experienced Head of Strength and Conditioning to lead a comprehensive S&C program for Years 5–12. The role requires designing evidence-based training, implementing athletic development initiatives, and ensuring safety and performance across all age groups.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Sport and Exercise Science or related field required.
• ASCA Level 2 accreditation or equivalent preferred.
• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating safe, evidence-based S&C programs for youth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the College's Strength & Conditioning (S&C) program for Years 5–12.
• Design long-term athletic development initiatives aligned with the Jesuit educational philosophy.
• Oversee facilities, equipment, risk management and budgeting within approved limits.
• Provide leadership and development for permanent and casual S&C staff and integrate sport science metrics across teams.
