Job summary

Stryker in Canberra is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join our Trauma team. This hands-on role supports surgeons in theatre while learning the Trauma portfolio and developing commercial skills to grow your territory.

You will join a high-performing team that values collaboration and development. Onboarding includes workshops, online learning and in-theatre training to help you build confidence quickly. There is a clear pathway to Territory Manager as the territory expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1 year in customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current valid driver's licence.
• Fluency in English.
• Allied health qualification preferred (nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science).
• Experience in clinical, technical, or medical sales environments is a plus.
• Experience meeting sales targets or KPIs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams.
• Build meaningful relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff.
• Partner with Territory Manager on business planning and account strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across your region.
• Deliver education and in-servicing to hospital teams.
• Manage instruments, set preparation and case logistics.
• Stay across new products, techniques and industry developments.

Required Qualifications
