Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join the Trauma team in Canberra. This on-site role offers relocation support and the opportunity to grow into Territory Manager through structured development and mentorship with surgeons and theatre staff.

You will work closely with clinical teams during Trauma procedures, delivering product education and building strong relationships across hospital staff while developing your clinical, technical, and commercial capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver's licence.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
• Partner with your Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region.
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals.
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics, and inventory requirements.
• Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and industry developments.
