Job summary

Stryker's Joint Replacement division is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support hip and knee procedures across Canberra and surrounding region. You will gain hands-on clinical and commercial experience while partnering with experienced Territory Managers to build a long-term sales career in medical devices.

In this role you will learn MAKO robotic-assisted surgery, support surgeons in operating theatres, and help with account management and territory plans, developing relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health/science or related field.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Canberra and surrounding regional areas.
• Ability to work in operating theatre environments.

• Provide clinical and technical support in operating theatres.
• Learn and support MAKO robotic-assisted surgery technology.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.

• Prepare surgical cases, instruments, and implant logistics.
• Maintain product knowledge across Joint Replacement technologies.

Associate Territory Manager - Joint Replacement - Canberra, ACT

Join Stryker's Joint Replacement division and support a portfolio that helps surgeons perform hip and knee replacement procedures across Canberra and the surrounding region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in medical device sales while working with leading orthopaedic technology, including Stryker's MAKO robotic-arm assisted platform.

You’ll partner with experienced Territory Managers, gain hands-on clinical and commercial experience, and develop the technical expertise needed to succeed in a high-performance healthcare environment.

What You Will Do

• Support surgeons during hip and knee replacement procedures.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Engineering, Exercise Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Canberra and surrounding regional areas.
• Ability to work in operating theatre environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, medical devices, clinical support, pharmaceuticals, sales, engineering, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience supporting healthcare professionals or customers in a technical environment.
• Experience coordinating equipment, inventory, logistics, or project-based activities.
• Exposure to orthopaedics, surgery, rehabilitation, sports medicine, or implantable medical devices.
