C4i Solutions Pty is seeking an Associate Technology Specialist to support our Defence and ICT delivery teams in Penrith, NSW. You will assist with ICT builds, deployments, and SOE imaging, while developing skills in scripting, automation, and security.

Ideal candidates are Australian citizens with ability to obtain AGSVA clearance, hold a Min Cert3 in ICT or Engineering, and have entry-level experience. A customer-focused, collaborative mindset and the ability to multi-task are essential.

Qualifications

• Australian citizen with ability to obtain AGSVA clearance
• Entry-level experience or knowledge in ICT/Engineering environments
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise, and work in a team

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and maintenance (helpdesk) for users and systems
• Assist with OS builds and SOE deployment
• Support imaging, PaaS builds, and application deployment
• Help automate installation and system configuration using PowerShell
• Maintain documentation and configuration management practices
• Assist with patching, monitoring, and performance management
• Support disaster recovery and backup processes
• Provide cross-skill support as required by client engagements
• Uphold company culture, values and behaviours
• Other duties as required
