Job summary

Eco Outdoor is seeking an Associate Product Manager - Technology to own the website product roadmap and drive delivery for a Next.js/Vercel platform built on Contentstack CMS. You’ll coordinate a distributed team, manage external partners, and optimise core digital tools while balancing strategic work with hands-on execution.

This 12‑month fixed-term contract role requires strong Agile practices, technical literacy, and a collaborative mindset to align delivery with business priorities across

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital product management or related delivery role.
• Solid experience with headless or composable CMS platforms.
• Comfort working in Agile or Kanban delivery environments with Jira for backlog management.
• Experience managing external development partners or agencies.
• Ability to navigate competing priorities across cross-functional teams and keep delivery moving.
• Technical literacy to discuss APIs, webhooks, and front-end rendering with engineers.
• Analytical mindset with data tools like GA4/Tag Manager to inform decisions.
• Clear, direct communication and concise updates trusted by stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing detail.
• Proven experience leading or managing others in a distributed team.
• Bonus if you’ve worked with DAM platforms (Bynder) or Algolia and RingCentral.

Responsibilities

• Own the website product roadmap and quarterly delivery priorities for our Next.js/Vercel platform with Contentstack CMS.
• Define, brief, and manage delivery of features from discovery to UAT and go-live.
• Write clear Jira tickets and acceptance criteria; oversee day-to-day delivery across onshore/offshore teams via Kanban.
• Maintain core digital platforms including Contentstack, Bynder, Algolia, and RingCentral; manage configuration, access, licences, and optimisation.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners across digital design, development, and analytics.
• Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and escalations for core digital tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, People & Culture, and Technology to align delivery with user needs.
• Line manage a small distributed delivery team ( engineer in Sydney, QA in Indonesia ).
