Job summary

Eco Outdoor is seeking an Associate Product Manager - Technology to cover a 12‑month maternity leave. This role sits at the centre of Eco Outdoor's technology function, overseeing website and digital platform delivery with a small distributed team.

You'll blend strategic and operational work, writing briefs, untangling CMS configurations and presenting roadmaps, while coordinating with onshore and offshore partners to keep digital initiatives aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital product management or digital delivery.
• Solid experience with headless or composable CMS platforms.
• Agile or Kanban delivery with Jira backlog management.
• Experience managing external development partners or agencies.
• Ability to navigate competing priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Technical literacy with APIs, webhooks and front-end rendering.
• Analytical mindset with data tools like GA4 and web analytics.
• Clear and concise briefs with stakeholder trust.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the website product roadmap and quarterly delivery priorities for the Next.js/Vercel platform.
• Define, brief, and manage delivery from discovery to go-live.
• Write Jira tickets and acceptance criteria; coordinate onshore/offshore delivery via Kanban.
• Maintain core digital platforms including Contentstack, Bynder, Algolia, RingCentral.
• Build relationships with external partners across design, development and analytics.
• Manage vendor contracts, renewals and escalations across digital tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, People & Culture and Technology.
• Line manage a small distributed delivery team (Sydney engineer, Indonesia QA).
