Job summary

Eco Outdoor Group is seeking an Associate Product Manager - Technology to own the website roadmap and drive delivery for our Next.js/Vercel platform, built on Contentstack CMS. You will manage a small, distributed delivery team and maintain vendor relationships while aligning digital work to business priorities.

The role requires 2+ years in digital product management, experience with headless CMS, and strong Jira management.

Qualifications

2+ years in digital product management or digital delivery.
Experience with headless/ composable CMS platforms.
Agile or Kanban delivery environments; strong Jira skills.
Experience managing external development partners.
Ability to navigate multiple cross‑functional priorities while keeping delivery on track.
Technical literacy for discussions with engineers (APIs, webhooks, front‑end rendering).
Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making (GA4, GTM).
Clear, direct communication and stakeholder trust.

Responsibilities

Own the website product roadmap and quarterly delivery priorities for our Next.js/Vercel platform.
Define and manage delivery from discovery through go‑live with clear acceptance criteria.
Write Jira tickets and manage cross‑team delivery across onshore/offshore groups via Kanban.
Maintain core digital platforms (Contentstack, Bynder, Algolia, RingCentral) and optimize configurations.
Build relationships with external partners in design, development, and analytics.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, People & Culture, and Technology.
Line-manage a distributed delivery team across Sydney and offshore resources.
