Job summary

Eco Outdoor is seeking an Associate Product Manager - Technology to own the website and digital platform delivery for a 12‑month maternity cover. You’ll lead a small distributed team, shape the product roadmap for our Next.js/Vercel platform on Contentstack CMS, and manage partnerships with design, development, and analytics vendors.

You’ll bridge strategic planning with operational delivery, writing briefs and roadmaps, and ensuring features ship with clear acceptance criteria and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital product management or digital delivery.
• Solid experience with headless or composable CMS platforms.
• Agile or Kanban delivery environment with Jira for backlog management.
• Experience managing external development partners or agencies.
• Ability to navigate competing priorities across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the website product roadmap and quarterly delivery priorities for Next.js/Vercel platform on Contentstack CMS.
• Define, brief, and manage delivery from discovery through to UAT and go-live.
• Write Jira tickets with acceptance criteria and manage cross‑team delivery via Kanban.
• Maintain core digital platforms (Contentstack, Bynder, Algolia, RingCentral) and optimise licences.
• Build strong relationships with external partners in design, development, and analytics.
• Manage vendor contracts, renewals and escalations across digital tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, People & Culture, and Technology to align delivery with user needs.
• Line manage a distributed delivery team including an engineer in Sydney and a QA Analyst in Indonesia.
