Job summary

Eco Outdoor Group is seeking an experienced digital product professional to cover a 12-month maternity leave, taking ownership of the website and digital platform delivery. You’ll lead a small distributed team and manage a wide ecosystem of systems and vendor relationships while shaping the next direction of our technology function.

The role blends strategy and hands-on delivery, including writing product briefs, CMS configurations, and presenting roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital product management or delivery
• Solid experience with headless or composable CMS platforms
• Confidence in Agile or Kanban environments; strong Jira skills
• Experience managing external development partners or agencies

Responsibilities

• Own the website roadmap and quarterly delivery priorities for our Next.js/Vercel platform, using Contentstack CMS and web analytics to inform decisions
• Define, brief, and manage delivery of features from discovery through to UAT and go-live
• Write clear Jira tickets and acceptance criteria; manage day-to-day delivery across onshore/offshore teams via Kanban
• Maintain core digital platforms including Contentstack, Bynder, Algolia, RingCentral; manage configuration, access, licences, and optimisation
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners across digital design, web development, and analytics
• Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and escalations across core digital tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, People & Culture, and Technology
• Line manage a small distributed delivery team (Sydney engineer, Indonesia QA)
