Job summary

Eco Outdoor is seeking an Associate Product Manager - Technology to own and evolve our website and digital platform delivery. You will lead a small distributed team, manage vendor relationships, and balance strategic and operational work across a Next.js/Vercel platform connected to Contentstack.

You’ll write briefs, define roadmaps, and track analytics to improve performance. The role requires agile execution, strong communication, and a collaborative approach across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital product management or related field.
• Experience with headless or composable CMS platforms.
• Proficient in Agile or Kanban delivery with Jira.
• Experience managing external development partners or agencies.
• Ability to balance priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Technical literacy to discuss APIs and frontend rendering with engineers.
• Analytical mindset with data tools (GA4, GTM).
• Clear, direct communication and stakeholder trust.
• Experience leading or managing distributed teams.
• Bonus: DAM platforms (Bynder) or Algolia/RingCentral familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the website product roadmap and quarterly delivery priorities across our Next.js/Vercel platform and Contentstack CMS.
• Define, brief, and manage delivery of features from discovery to go-live.
• Write Jira tickets and acceptance criteria; manage day-to-day delivery across onshore/offshore teams via Kanban.
• Maintain core digital platforms including Contentstack, Bynder, Algolia, RingCentral; oversee configuration and licences.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners in design, development, and analytics.
• Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and escalations for core digital tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, People & Culture, and Technology to align delivery with needs.
• Line-manage a distributed delivery team (e.g., engineer in Sydney and QA in Indonesia).
