GV Health in regional Victoria is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join U2 as a fixed-term Associate Nurse Unit Manager. The role provides clinical leadership and operational support to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise and effective communication skills, with a commitment to a positive team culture. Parental leave cover until September 2027.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current registration and applicable nursing qualifications.
• Experience in leadership roles or unit management preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across multidisciplinary teams.

About the role

An opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our nursing team in U2 for a fixed-term Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) role.

Working closely with the Nurse Unit Managers and multidisciplinary team, the ANUM provides clinical leadership and operational support to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture
