Job summary

Cenitex is seeking an Associate Network Engineer for a 12-month, full-time fixed-term role in Melbourne. You will support Cenitex customers' networking infrastructure, resolve issues on-site, and participate in project and change requests to ensure devices are configured to high standards.

You'll need strong customer focus, time management, and clear communication, with experience in routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, SD-WAN (Meraki) and SolarWinds. AH on-call and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with networking technologies: routing & switching, wireless, firewalls, SD-WAN (Meraki), and network monitoring (SolarWinds).

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve logical network infrastructure issues at customer sites.
• Install, commission and decommission network infrastructure equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on networking infrastructure.
• Create and implement network changes for projects and operations.
• Communicate with customers, network engineers and third-party vendors.
