Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking an Associate Key Account Manager for a 14-month FTC to support the Channel Director and KAMs, coordinate activities, and drive growth with key accounts. You’ll analyze sales performance, forecasts, and customer trends to inform plans and improve collaboration across marketing, finance, and operations.

You will learn in a high-performing team, working with a market-leading brand and contributing to omnichannel growth while developing your commercial and relationship-building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Ability to generate commercial insights from data and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint and strong data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Channel Director and Key Account Managers as a central point of coordination for the team.
• Assist in preparation for account meetings to ensure actions align with strategic direction.
• Generate commercial insights from analysis of sales performance, forecasts, inventory and customer trends.
