In the role of Associate Director, you will work closely with our C&IB Transaction Banking team contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

• Drive Transaction Banking growth and business development across a portfolio of complex Corporate Banking clients
• Develop tailored payments and liquidity management structures that deliver financial and operational efficiencies
• Lead origination activity across existing clients while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and grow revenue
• Deliver actionable Transaction Banking insights to senior internal and external stakeholders
• Bring client feedback into product discussions to support continuous improvement and the broader product strategy

You’ll bring to this role:

• Demonstrated Transaction Banking experience, with sound knowledge of payments, liquidity management and associated client solutions
• Proven ability to manage complex, senior client relationships and generate new business opportunities
• Strong commercial capability, with experience delivering client advocacy, portfolio growth and financial outcomes
• Confidence engaging and influencing senior internal stakeholders, executives and sophisticated corporate clients
• Clear strategic and operational communication skills, supported by resilience, sound judgement and a collaborative working style
