The Directorate of Student Life and Community sits within UWA’s Education and Student Experience Portfolio and plays a critical role in delivering a world-class student experience. Through its integrated services and initiatives, the Directorate fosters inclusion, belonging, wellbeing, safety, accessibility and student success across the entire student lifecycle. As part of this Directorate, the Student Conduct and Resolution Centre (SCRC) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the University’s complaint resolution, student conduct, child safety and integrity frameworks. Working collaboratively across the University, the Centre promotes accountability, respectful behaviour, procedural fairness and institutional integrity through contemporary, student-centred and trauma-informed practices.
As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to complete declarations in accordance with the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-based Violence. A current National Police Clearance, WA Working with Children Check will be required by the successful applicant.
