East Partnership is seeking an experienced Associate Director for Project Finance Advisory in Sydney to lead large-scale structuring and execution across infrastructure, energy and renewables transactions.

You will develop and review detailed financial models, assess cash flows and debt servicing, and collaborate with clients, investors and internal teams to ensure successful financing outcomes while mentoring junior staff.

• Lead and support the structuring and execution of complex project finance transactions across infrastructure, energy and renewable energy projects.
• Develop and review detailed financial models, assessing project feasibility, cash flows, debt servicing, returns and capital structures.
• Analyse transaction risks, including credit, market, operational and project-specific risks, and provide advice on appropriate risk allocation and mitigation.
• Prepare transaction materials, credit papers, investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and credit committees.
• Work closely with clients, investors and internal stakeholders across credit, risk, legal and compliance throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Manage the execution and closing of financing transactions, ensuring key milestones, conditions and financing requirements are met.
• Provide ongoing oversight of financed projects and ensure compliance with agreed financing terms and covenants.
• Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to the continued development of the broader project finance team.

They are seeking an experienced project finance professional at Associate Director level to join their established team, working on complex, high-profile transactions across both the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the structuring and execution of complex project finance transactions across infrastructure, energy and renewable energy projects.
• Develop and review detailed financial models, assessing project feasibility, cash flows, debt servicing, returns and capital structures.
