Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of industrial relations legislation, enterprise agreements, awards, and employment law.
• Experience advising executives on HR strategy and policy.
• Strong understanding of safety and risk management obligations.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior executives on industrial relations and workforce consultation.
• Lead enterprise agreement bargaining when required.
• Oversee a high-performing People Partnering function across policy application.
• Ensure consultation requirements with employees and unions are met.
