Job summary

Optus is seeking an Associate Director, Inclusion and Employee Listening to lead inclusion, diversity and employee experience initiatives across the enterprise. You will shape culture, strengthen employee experience, and translate workforce insights into actions that earn executive trust and drive business outcomes.

This highly visible role partners with People & Culture, Technology, Communications and leadership teams to embed inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle and advance

Qualifications

Significant experience leading Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE), Employee Experience, Culture or Employee Listening programs in a large organisation.
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate data into clear business actions.
Strong skills in survey design, analytics and reporting to drive workforce insights.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide Inclusion, Gender Equity and Employee Listening strategies with governance and roadmaps.
Oversee end-to-end employee listening programs from survey design to action planning.
Translate workforce data into executive-level insights and action recommendations.
