Optus is seeking an Associate Director, Inclusion & Employee Listening to lead our IDE and employee listening strategy. You will partner across the enterprise to shape culture, strengthen the employee experience, and translate workforce insights into meaningful action, driving trust, engagement and business outcomes.

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE) initiatives and Employee Listening programs.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and translating data into business actions.
• Strong governance, reporting and roadmapping capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide Inclusion, Gender Equity and Employee Listening strategies with governance, roadmaps and action plans.
• Drive end-to-end employee listening programs from survey design to insights and organizational action planning.
• Translate workforce data into executive- and board-level insights and recommended actions.
• Lead governance and delivery of key inclusion initiatives, including gender equity priorities and DEI policy frameworks.
• Partner with People & Culture, Technology, Communications and Business Leadership to embed inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Create practical tools and frameworks to help leaders foster inclusive, high-performing teams.
