Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director in Business Development & Program Set-Up in Advisory. This full-time role is based in NSW, Australia, with leadership of client engagements and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver value for major projects.

You will develop and manage advisory services pipelines, drive sales opportunities, and ensure projects meet time and cost targets while maintaining quality standards. Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years consulting and advisory experience.
• University degree in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business or Economics.
• Experience delivering capital projects, programs and/or portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary consultancy team environment.
• Client-focused and service-oriented.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Previous experience working for a consultancy organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support team leadership in NSW advisory, providing technical consulting and advisory knowledge.
• Build, maintain and win a pipeline of advisory and consulting services to new and existing clients.
• Act as day-to-day management consultant, ensuring client objectives are met and projects delivered on time and cost targets.
• Produce clear, concise client-facing reports or deliverables showing value.
• Support development of consulting and advisory sales opportunities with new or existing clients and bid writing.
• Lead in management and build up of advisory/consulting team in NSW and Australia/New Zealand.
• Deliver developments in consulting and advisory sales opportunities with new or existing clients and high-quality propositions.
