Job summary

Everyday Wealth is seeking an Associate Adviser to join our Brookvale office on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. You’ll work with advisers on strategy development, financial modelling and advice preparation, with a clear pathway toward becoming a Financial Adviser.

Ideal candidates have practical Australian financial planning experience and hands-on involvement in SOAs/ROAs. We offer mentoring, flexible arrangements, and a structured progression as you take on more client responsibility.

Qualifications

• You’ll need practical experience within an Australian financial planning practice with hands-on involvement in strategy research.
• Experience in financial modelling and advice preparation.
• Xplan experience highly regarded; relevant qualifications completed or underway.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy development and client meetings with advisers.
• Research strategies and compare product options.
• Prepare financial modelling and analyse scenarios.
• Prepare Records of Advice and contribute to Statements of Advice.
• Prepare for and attend client meetings and strategy reviews.
• Coordinate advice implementation with the support team.
• Keep client records accurate and progress work to completion.
• Take on greater client responsibility as skills grow.
