Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience within a financial planning practice
• Experience as Client Services Manager, Senior Client Services Officer, Associate Adviser or Paraplanner
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial planning process
• Experience implementing financial advice recommendations
• Exposure to SOAs and ROAs and advice documentation
• Experience using Xplan
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Genuine desire to build a long-term career as a Financial Adviser
• Relevant Financial Planning qualification (completed or nearing completion)

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings alongside Advisers
• Assist with research and advice strategy development
• Prepare detailed file notes and client meeting summaries
• Support preparation and implementation of SOAs and ROAs
• Manage end-to-end advice implementation
• Liaise with product providers and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate client records in Xplan
• Build relationships with clients through ongoing communication
• Support Advisers with ongoing service reviews and client management
• Develop toward managing your own client relationships in the future
