Job summary

Berritta Consulting in Brisbane is seeking an Associate Adviser to support experienced Advisers across the client journey. You will gain exposure to holistic advice, attend client meetings and contribute to strategy discussions while developing your technical and client relationship skills.

This role is ideal for someone starting their Professional Year or ready to begin the journey toward becoming a Financial Adviser, with a genuine pathway to manage your own client relationships in the future.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience within a financial planning practice.
• Qualification in financial planning completed or nearing completion.
• Experience using Xplan.
• Experience implementing financial advice recommendations.
• Exposure to SOAs and ROAs.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings with Advisers.
• Assist with research and advice strategy development.
• Prepare file notes and meeting summaries.
• Support SOA/ROA preparation and implementation.
• Manage end-to-end advice implementation.
• Liaise with product providers and external stakeholders.
• Maintain client records in Xplan.
• Build client relationships through ongoing communication.
• Assist Advisers with service reviews.
