Qualifications

• Experience in an Associate Adviser, Client Services, Paraplanning or financial planning support role.
• Understanding of the financial advice process.
• Exposure to SOAs/ROAs or advice implementation.
• Progress towards Adviser education requirements.
• Experience using Xplan or similar planning software.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of holistic financial advice across superannuation, investments, retirement planning, insurance and wealth creation.
• Assist with preparation of SOAs and ROAs and supporting advice documentation.
• Attend client meetings and assist with strategy discussions and follow-up actions.
• Conduct research to support financial planning recommendations.
• Assist with portfolio reviews and investment strategy implementation.
• Collaborate with advisers, accountants and referral partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage client enquiries and ensure high service standards.
• Develop technical knowledge and client-facing capabilities toward becoming a Financial Adviser.
