Job summary

The Terrace in Melbourne, housed within the Royal Botanic Gardens, is seeking an experienced Venue Manager. You will have full operational ownership of the venue, leading from the front and setting standards for service, culture and commercial performance across daily trade and premium events.

You will build and mentor a large front-of-house team, drive revenue, control costs, ensure compliance and safety, and collaborate with central leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a

As Venue Manager, you’ll have full operational ownership of the venue, leading from the front and setting the standard for service, culture and commercial performance.
