Job summary

House Made Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager for The Carrington on Bourke Street. This hands-on role leads from the floor, supports the Venue Manager and helps deliver outstanding service, culture and results.

You will lead service, assist with rostering and daily reporting, coach and develop the team, ensure RSA compliance and maintain high standards across operations. Availability across evenings and weekends is essential, with real career progression across venues.

Qualifications

• Leadership or senior supervisory experience in a pub-style venue.
• Strong service skills and calmness under pressure.
• Confident communicator and natural team motivator.
• Solid understanding of labour, operations and RSA compliance.
• Availability across evenings and weekends.

About the Role

We're looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to support the Venue Manager in driving day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role, leading from the floor, supporting the team and helping deliver strong service, culture and results.
