Job summary

Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive leader to join our Restaurant Leadership Team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will drive the success of the restaurant, placing guests at the center, promoting teamwork, and empowering staff to deliver their best work.

Responsibilities include executing promotions, developing employees, merchandising, stock control, and maintaining a safe environment for all. We offer leadership training, clear progression, and competitive compensation.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of "Guest Obsessed" and "People Power" to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where:
