Job summary

Hungry Jack's in Victoria is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Leadership Team. You will lead a team in service and production, focusing on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will drive promotional activities, mentor staff, manage merchandising and stock, and ensure a safe, welcoming workplace while supporting career development across our network.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where:
