Beacon Lighting seeks an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Prospect store in NSW. This full-time role partners with the Store Manager to inspire the team, grow sales and create outstanding customer experiences, with every second weekend off.

Qualifications

• Experience thriving in a retail, sales or customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and people leadership abilities.

• Calm under pressure and able to balance priorities.
• Hands-on leader with ownership and problem-solving mindset.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to be hands-on.
