Beacon Lighting Melton in VIC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a full-time role. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to lead the team, grow sales, and create outstanding customer experiences, with the added benefit of every second weekend off.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store or large retail team.

• Lead and coach store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Drive sales across retail and design channels while maintaining store standards.

• Inspire and develop your team through coaching, mentoring and hands‑on leadership
