Job summary

Beacon Lighting Warrawong in NSW is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front, coach and develop a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This full-time role offers a great work-life balance with every second weekend off.

You will drive store performance across our retail and design channels, manage operations and foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement, while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a retail, sales or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Commercially minded with a focus on results.
• Confident communication with customers and team members.
• Organised, able to balance priorities and lead by example.
• Current driver's licence.
