Beacon Lighting Melrose Park in SA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, inspire your team, grow sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a full-time role.

You will lead a store team, coach staff, drive commercial success, maintain visual merchandising, and collaborate on loyalty programs, with a supportive training pathway including Bright Start.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering strong customer service.
• Ability to coach, develop and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
