Job summary

Beacon Lighting Brookvale in NSW is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to collaborate with the Store Manager, lead a capable team and drive exceptional customer experiences in a full-time role.

You’ll grow sales across retail and trade, coach staff daily, maintain top-level visual merchandising and safety standards, and help shape a culture that shines for both customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams or stores.
• Strong communication and team development skills.
• Current driver’s license and willingness to hands-on when needed.
