Beacon Lighting Ellenbrook in WA is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving store performance.

This full-time role focuses on coaching the team, growing sales across retail and design, and maintaining exceptional visual merchandising. You'll lead by example and help shape our store culture while ensuring safety and smooth operations.
