Swarovski in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a small team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance.

You will coach teammates, oversee operations, support recruitment, and step in for the Store Manager when needed, all while upholding brand standards and luxury service.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium lifestyle brands.

About the Job

About You

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
• Some leadership and coaching experience
• A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower others
• Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency
• Responsible and able to take ownership
• Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
