Job summary

Swarovski is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding luxury retail experiences in Australia. You will recruit, coach and grow a high-performing store team while driving customer loyalty and sales targets.

You will manage daily store operations, mentor staff, and build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and the Swarovski brand. This role emphasizes growth, inclusion, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• You must have at least 3 years in a multicultural retail environment.
• Experience in luxury, fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands is required.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills are essential.
• Strong digital proficiency is expected.
• Excellent communication skills in English are required.

About you

You are an experience Store Manager, and you have:

• Worked in a multi-cultural retail environment with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Experience in luxury, Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands.
• Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Digital proficiency.
• A winning personality to easily establish trust relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
• English skills
