Job summary

Swarovski Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sydney. You’ll lead a team, deliver luxury customer service, and drive commercial results daily. You’ll coach and onboard staff, oversee store operations, inventory, and cash handling, and step in for the Store Manager when needed.

• Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset.
