Job summary

Anaconda is seeking a Team Leader to guide our store team and ensure every customer leaves with an outstanding experience. You’ll coach up to 20 team members, drive service, sales and merchandising, and take ownership of product management across departments.

You’ll lead by example, monitor sales trends, train your staff, and respond to challenges with excellent communication and problem solving. Full-time availability across late nights and weekends is required.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members
• Ability to understand sales trends, top sellers, key performers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing high stock volume
• Passion for the outdoors (highly desirable!)
• First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense)
• Must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends
• Full working rights within Australia
